Our 45-minute sessions keep training efficient, effective, and achievable - even on your busiest days.
Specialized Training: Masterclasses
Our rotating, expert-led Masterclasses dive deeper into specific skills, performance goals, and event preparation — including HYROX-style training. New sessions are released every three weeks and give you the chance to focus on targeted progression in a supportive environment.
